General Questions

  • VIP Key Club is an exclusive membership program that provides access to premium perks, discounts, and experiences at luxury businesses, including fine dining, spas, golf courses, car dealerships, high-end retail stores, and exclusive events.

  • As a member, you receive a unique digital VIP Key that grants access to participating vendors. Simply present your membership at partner locations or redeem offers through our app.

  • We offer multiple membership tiers, each providing varying levels of perks and benefits. Details on pricing and benefits can be found in your member portal or by contacting our support team.

  • If you purchased a membership through a vendor or received it as a gift, follow the activation link sent to your email. If you did not receive the link, please contact our support team

  • Gold and Platinum Memberships are valid for 12 to 36 months from the date of activation unless stated otherwise in your membership package. Gold Lite memberships are valid for 1 month from date of purchase.

Member Benefits & Perks

  • Perks vary by membership level and include:

    • Exclusive discounts at partner restaurants, spas, and retail stores

    • Complimentary upgrades at select businesses

    • Invitations to VIP-only events

    • Priority reservations and access to limited-time offers

  • Simply present your VIP Key at a participating vendor, or redeem digital offers through our mobile app. Some perks may require advance booking or reservations.

  • Each vendor may have specific terms and conditions for their offers, such as blackout dates or minimum spending requirements. Please check the offer details in your member portal.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. However, select offers may allow you to bring a guest.

Participating Vendors & Locations

  • You can view a full list of participating vendors and locations in the VIP Key Club app or on our website. We continuously add new partners to enhance your membership experience.

  • If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team with details of the situation, and we will assist in resolving it.

  • Absolutely! We welcome member suggestions for new vendors. You can submit your recommendations through our website or email our partnerships team.

Account & Membership Management

  • You will receive a renewal reminder before your membership expires. You can renew your membership through our online portal.

  • If you forget your login credentials, you can reset your password through the VKC App.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you experience issues accessing your benefits, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Technical Support & Assistance

  • Our app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Simply search for “VIP Key Club” and download it for free.
